HUB is an asset management and mobile data capture system developed specifically for the social housing sector. It is a web based system that allows users access to all their property details through a simple log-in screen and is used by over 10% of all Registered Social Landlords in Scotland.
HUB Manager is our core system and holds all the property data for a landlord’s stock allowing quick, easy, detailed interrogation from whole stock down to individual dwelling level. It produces short, medium and long term cost projections and numerous standard compliance reports simplifying and taking the burden out of year end returns.
HUB Surveyor is used by Landlords and Condition Surveyors to capture property condition data via smart phone technology, seamlessly syncing back into HUB Manager allowing for real time management and control of large bulk data capture processes.
