What is HUB?

HUB brings together over 20 years of experience within the social housing sector combined with functional, scalable, and responsive software design to provide a system targeted at those people who need to manage, maintain and report on their housing stock in a simple, intuitive and affordable package.

HUB is an asset management system developed specifically for the social housing sector.
It is a web based system that allows users access to all their property details through a simple log-in screen.
Users can view, interrogate, update and edit all their property data and run short and long term investment reports and Quality Standard compliance assessments.

Users can also use mobile devices to carry out property surveys and remotely sync the data back into Hub Manager for immediate access.
