Ask and you shall receive!

HUB has published several new features over the last few months in direct response to requests and discussions with our growing user base.
– The introduction of a new dashboard gives an immediate summary of the overall stock performance and is useful for high level presentations.

– The Cost Summary page can now be filtered between Tenanted stock and Owner Occupiers so if you’ve got mixed tenure stock, this gives you an easy way to identify the owners contribution for common repairs and improvements.

– The introduction of photographs into HUB Surveyor is a fantastic new tool which means that every time a Surveyor identifies an element as failing SHQS, they can take a photograph to support their assessment. You know what they say – “A picture is worth a thousand words”

– Consolidated cost summaries allow the user to specify their own cost categories and allocate every cost item in HUB into their category of choice. The Cost Summary page can then be compressed to show the cost categories or expanded to show the detail under each one. This provides a brilliant way of simplifying the, sometimes bewildering, number of cost items into something more easily understood.

We will continue to develop and enhance the features within HUB to match what our users want so, if you would like to see something in HUB that isn’t currently there – just ask!
